  • Improve logistics management

Depending on your organization’s requirements, location information may be collected while the application is in use and, where permitted, during active job execution in the background.

You may disable location permissions through your device settings. However, doing so may prevent certain features from functioning properly.

4. Camera Permission

CMSE requests access to your device’s camera to allow users to:

  • Capture vehicle inspection photos
  • Capture proof of pickup arrival
  • Capture proof of loading
  • Capture proof of delivery arrival
  • Capture proof of unloading
  • Scan or photograph Delivery Orders
  • Submit supporting claim evidence

The camera is accessed only when you choose to capture photos.

5. Photo Library and File Access

CMSE may request access to your device’s photo library or storage to allow you to:

  • Upload existing photographs
  • Upload Delivery Order documents
  • Upload claim documents
  • Attach supporting files

Only files selected by you will be uploaded.
